Classes encourage ease and efficiency in movement
for yoga practice and everyday life.

I work with methods of breath awareness and anatomic visualisation
and their application to key yoga postures.

If you have previous experience of any form of hatha yoga this class will offer
new ways of working, complementing your existing practice.

If you have no previous experience this class will
teach you a general and safe method,
helping to improve your posture, alignment and freedom of movement.

Workshops in London

Sat 22nd May 2010, 11 - 1
Sat 26th June 2010, 11 - 1

The Yoga Practice, Isleworth, West London

In these Saturday morning workshops we will work towards finding
ease and efficiency in our practice through integration of limbs to the centre.

We will begin by developing a heightened awareness of our
centre through breath, imagery and anatomy.

We will then work on relaxing the shoulder and pelvic girdles so that we can practice
effectively from the centre with light support from the limbs.

There may be some partner work to aid
the learning process: helping us to see on another
body what we experience within our own.
