My yoga teaching...
I teach to help students improve their posture, alignment and freedom of movement
in yoga and in everyday life.
Classes encourage ease and efficiency in movement, and I draw on a wide range
of yoga and contemporary movement practices to
achieve this.
If you are interested
in exploring movement you are welcome at any of my classes or workshops,
whether or not you have previous yoga experience.
My
yoga history...
I have fifteen years experience of Ashtanga and
Scaravelli based methods.
I have
previously trained with many highly regarded teachers
in New York and London (among them John Scott, Lino Miele,
Sara Baird, Jean Hall and Giovanni Felicioni).
I have completed Gary Carter's Yoga & Anatomy Series for Teachers
